Famous IT Solutions provides web development, UI/UX design, software solutions, digital marketing support, and related IT consulting services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate project proposals, quotes, or service agreements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project or service at our discretion.

2. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or systems
Respect all intellectual property rights and third-party licenses
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

All pricing and payment terms are outlined in the project quote, invoice, or service agreement. A deposit is typically required before work begins.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Additional work or scope changes may incur extra charges
Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All pre-existing materials, code libraries, templates, and tools remain our property.

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, we transfer ownership of the final deliverables (custom designs, code, content created specifically for you) to you, subject to any third-party licenses or retained rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use project-related materials for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions, Scope & Project Changes

The number of revisions (if any) is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require a change order and additional fees. We aim to complete projects within agreed timelines, but delays caused by client feedback, materials, or third parties are not our responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famous IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services immediately if these Terms are violated, payment is overdue, or for any other legitimate business reason. You may terminate project work by written notice, subject to payment for all completed work.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nasima Villa, Netrakona Sadar, Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations, failing which, through arbitration or courts Nasima Villa, Netrakona Sadar, Bangladesh.
